Refund policy

100-night trial

Dogs have opinions. Try The Lounge for 100 nights. If your dog never naturally chooses it, contact us within the trial window.

You do not need the original packaging, and there is no return shipping or customer pickup. We’ll ask you to donate The Lounge to a local shelter or rescue instead. Once we confirm the next step, we’ll refund the original payment card. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Warranty

The Lounge includes a two-year structural warranty for the original purchaser. It covers manufacturing defects beginning at delivery. It does not cover chewing, digging, scratching, deliberate destruction, misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear. If you need help, send your order number and photos so we can review it.
